FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Jordan Sports Group, Miles Jordan, has built a distinguished career at the intersection of both sports and business, negotiating high-profile deals and forging many impactful partnerships with elite athletes across the country. A Wake Forest Law School graduate and barred attorney, Miles leads the agency's continued growth with a strategic vision and focus on client success.

PRESIDENT - NFL DIVISION

Chitta Mallik is responsible for all aspects of athlete representation, including athlete recruitment and negotiation of contracts. Prior to JSG, Chitta co-founded Dream Point Sports where he and his business partner, Tony Paige, represented over 40 NFL Draft Picks, including 2015 NFL MVP Cam Newton. Chitta also received a marketing degree from the University of Maryland and graduated from the University of Michigan Law School. 

PRESIDENT - COLLEGE FOOTBALL DIVISION

Oscar Monnier has nearly a decade of experience in scouting, high school recruiting, and managing transfer portal operations for programs across the country including Texas A&M, Oregon, Duke, Stanford, and his alma mater, Northwestern. Since leaving the team side, Oscar has leveraged his knowledge and connections to advise his clients and negotiate millions of dollars in NIL deals on their behalf while also expertly navigating the ever-changing landscape of college football.

HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Trey Smith, a graduate of NC State University, brings extensive experience in coaching and leadership to his role. Trey has been with JSG from the start, previously serving as the Running Backs Coach at Iowa Wesleyan University, where the Air Raid Offense originated, and as the Director of Football Operations at Averett University. Trey is dedicated to empowering athletes, and does so through performance development, leadership advancement, and personal growth.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

A UNC-Chapel Hill graduate with the highest distinction in Sport Administration, Will Katts has been with JSG since it’s inception. Drawing on his extensive experience as both a coach and administrator at the high school and collegiate levels, Will is extremely well-equipped to support athletes in achieving success in their athletic journey and beyond. Will is also currently pursuing his Masters Degree in Sport Management at the University of Florida.

LEAD MARKETING AGENT

Working across the NBA, NFL, WNBA, and collegiate athletics, Sammy Abisch has cultivated strong relationships with leading brands and agencies, creating meaningful partnership opportunities that strengthen her clients' personal brands and long-term business opportunities. Sammy holds an MBA in Sport Management from Florida Atlantic University and brings a collaborative, athlete-first approach to helping clients build lasting brands throughout their careers and beyond.

HEAD OF SCOUTING & CONTENT CREATION

T.J. Randall, a graduate of the University of La Verne and former track and field champion, has held multiple prominent roles in the world of college football, including serving as the Director of Scouting for Houston Football and the Assistant Director of Scouting and Player Personnel for Auburn Football. T.J.’s past experience in player evaluations and recruiting fuels his dedication to helping student-athletes find success.

DIRECTOR OF GROWTH & STRATEGY

Jeff Allen began his career in the venture and consulting space, where he successfully partnered professional athletes with early-stage companies, developing authentic and strategic brand partnerships. As a former athlete, Jeff has a deep understanding of the sports and business worlds which enables him to create strategies that not only maximize client opportunities today, but lay the groundwork for sustained success in the future.

TALENT IDENTIFICATION & PLAYER RELATIONS ASSOCIATE

With a Master’s in Recreation & Sport Management from Coastal Carolina University and experience as a pro football player, Kerron Johnson manages careers with an athlete-first approach. Kerron specializes in character development and fostering success, including his work as the Business Manager for NFL Pro Bowl linebacker Haason Reddick.

Adam McCann has dedicated his life to guiding student-athletes throughout their recruiting process. Carter Ammel is a graduate of Indiana University with a background in sports marketing and brand partnership development. Drawing on his experience in athlete marketing and business development, Carter specializes in identifying partnership opportunities that create long-term value for clients. Passionate about helping athletes maximize their potential, Carter is committed to building relationships that support athlete success.

Marketing expert and brand builder, Kristina Fields, has 25+ years experience across brands and public figures you know and love, including Rihanna, Usain Bolt, Rickie Fowler, and many others. Kristina brings her expertise to JSG as an advisor to help athletes define their personal brand, grow their public awareness and maintain their brand through innovative marketing, communications, and partnerships.
